Unknown Heirs of Joyce McKinney, whose last known addresses are unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on December 29, 2025, Plaintiff, filed a Guardian's Complaint to Sell Real Estate in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2025 CV 00158, representing that he/she is the duly appointed and qualified Guardian of the above-named ward an (adult/minor) of the age of 83 years, having been duly appointed as such by Summit County Probate Court on July 2, 2025, in Case No. 2025 GA 144.
The Plaintiff further represents that said Ward is seized of FEE interest in the following real estate proposed to be sold, situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit, State of Ohio, and described as follows:

And known as being Lot No. 127 in John H. Schiller's Summit Heights Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 32-33 of the records of plats of Summit County.

that the value of said real estate as near as can be ascertained is $69,700.00 and that the nature of the interest of the Ward in such real estate is FEE and all mortgages and other liens upon and adverse interests in such real estate are as follows: Citizens Bank.
Plaintiff further represents that the defendants, Unknown Heirs of Joyce McKinney are all the persons entitled to the next estate of inheritance from the Ward in such real estate who are known to reside in Ohio; that the Defendants, Summit County Fiscsal Office are all of the other persons holding any right, title or interest in or to said real estate or any part thereof, who are necessary parties to this action. It is necessary to sell said real estate for the reason Joyce has entered a long term care facility. Funds are needed for her day to day care.
The Plaintiff therefore prays that he/she may be authorized and ordered to sell the FEE interest in said real estate according to the statutes in such case made and provided, to employ and pay a real estate broker if needed in the sale of the real estate herein described, and for all other proper orders and relief to which plaintiff may be entitled in the premises.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 6th day of March 2026.

To the Estate of Cameron Motley, deceased, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on June 6, 2025, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Authority to Sell Decedent's Real Estate in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2025 CV 00064, representing that Ophelia M. Banks is the duly appointed, qualified and acting Administrator of the Estate of James A. Moore, deceased, having been duly appointed by the Summit County Probate Court on January 8, 2024, in Case Number 2023 ES 00674. No will has been probated for James A. Moore, (Decedent).
The Plaintiff further represents the decedent James A. Moore died February 7, 2023 seized in fee simple of the real estate commonly known as 145 Westwood Avenue, Akron, OH 44302 and further described as:

And known and bounded and described as follows:
Known as Lot No. 68 of an allotment made for Theodoric A. Balch, et al., in Tract 7, City of Akron, as surveyed and numbered by C. E. Perkins, Surveyor and recorded in Summit County Records, Plat Book 5, Page 48. Excepting from the above described Lot No. 68, a strip off the South side of said lot; deeded by Kate Fenton, to H. E. Wallace, said strip being described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 68; thence along the South line to the rear of said lot; thence Northerly along the rear of said lot, ten (10) feet; thence in a straight line to the place of beginning.

that the value of said real estate as near as can be ascertained is $15,000.00; that partitioning the real estate amongst the heirs, some of whose whereabouts are unknown, would not be in the best interest of the estate or any of the beneficiaries; that the total costs of administering the estate are unknown at this time and that the total value of the personal property of said decedent as shown in the amended inventory filed with the Probate Court is $119,614.39.
Plaintiff further represents that the defendants, Luetta Layman, Willette Clark aka Willette Moore, Bettymae Baron, Ophelia Moore Banks, Juan Branch, Tkeya Deh, Cameron Motley, Annette Simmons, Murdise Moore, Loveece Moore, Janet Moore, Versie Watts, Gloria Mason, Gary Moore, deceased and the unknown heirs and devisees of James A. Moore are all the persons entitled to inherit such real estate from the decedent and that the Summit County Fiscal Office has an interest in property taxes due for the subject real property.
The Plaintiff therefore prays that the rights, interests, and any liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted and protected and that Plaintiff be authorized and ordered to sell the subject real property according to law, and for such other and further relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled in the premises.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 13th day of March 2026.
