John Doe, whose last known address is unknown, and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on February 10, 2026, Plaintiffs, filed a (Re-filed) Motion for Change of Legal Custody in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. DR2026 02 0310, stating due to the death of David G King, Todd's maternal grandfather and legal custodian since June 13, 2013, Plaintiffs respectfully move the court to reopen the 2013 Summit County Juvenile Case: LC12 10 000 262, once it has transferred to Summit County Domestic Relations Court, so their Motion may be heard for permanent legal custody and guardianship of their nephew and they be granted full parental rights and responsibilities and any other relief the court deems appropriate.

Please take notice that an Evidentiary Hearing on Plaintiff's Motion for Legal Custody is scheduled for July 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. before Magitrate Lynne Siefert at the Summit County Domestic Relations Court, 209 South High Street, 3rd Floor, Akron, OH 44310.
