Jesse Vaudreuil, whose last known address is 648 Virginia Ave., Kent, OH 44240, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on June 2, 2025, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Parentage, Allocation of Parental Rights and Responsibilities (Custody) and Parenting Time (Companionship and Visitation) in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2025 06 1332, requesting that the court designate Plaintiff as the parent of the child(ren) and designate the residential parent and legal custodian of the child(ren).

Please take notice that an Initial Hearing on Plaintiff's Complaint for Parentage is set for Janaury 6, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. before Magistrate Elisa Hill at the Summit County Domestic Relations Court.

Said above named Defendant will further take notice that he is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 20th day of January 2026.
