Roy Walker, son of Herbert Walker and brother of John Walker, 1909 E.Turkeyfoot Rd., Lot #32, Akron, OH 44312; Chase Walker, son of John Walker, 1243 Weathervane Lane, Apt. 1A, Akron, OH 44313; Shelby Morgan, daughter of John Walker, 693 Swan Ct., Akron, OH 44319; and Kayleigh Walker, daughter of John Walker, 6447 Manchester Rd., New Franklin, OH 44216, but whose addresses other than as set forth are unknown, will take notice that on June 2, 2026,  Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Forcible Entry & Detainer in the Barberton Municipal Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CVG 2601464, asking for process, restitution and costs of this action and authority for the Plaintiff to permit, in accordance with section 1923.12 and division B of section 1923.13 and division B of section 1923.14 of the Revised Code, the removal from the manufactured home park and potential sale, destruction or transfer of ownership of Defendants Walkers' manufactured home located at 1909 E. Turkeyfoot Rd., Lot #35, Akron, OH 44312

The eviction hearing for the claim for restitution of the said premises shall be scheduled for a hearing in accordance with local court rules, but in no event sooner than the seventh day from the date service is complete.

Please take notice that an eviction hearing is scheduled for July 13, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. before a magistrate of the Barberton Municipal Court.
