To: Alan Beougher, son of Robert and Dora Beougher, 4028 Arlington Rd., Uniontown, OH 44685; Janelle Turner, daughter of Robert and Dora Beougher, 6783 Grimsby Ln., Liberty Twp., OH 45011; and Robin Chappell, daughter of Robert and Dora Beougher, 1100 S.Trimble Rd., Mansfield, OH 44906, but whose address other than as set forth are unknown, will take notice that on May 15, 2024, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Forcible Entry and Detainer in the Barberton Municipal Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CVG 2401033. Plaintiff asks for process, restitution and costs of this action; and authority for the Plaintiff to permit, in accordance with section 1923.12 and division B of section 1923.13 and division B of section 1923.14 of the Revised Code, the removal from the manufactured home park and potential sale, destruction or transfer of ownership of Defendant Robert Beougher’s manufactured home be granted.

Said above individuals will further take notice that you are summoned to appear on June 20, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., before the Barberton Municipal Court located at 576 W. Park Avenue, Barberton, OH; (330) 861-7192.
