You are hereby notified that you are a Defendant in the above captioned action where you were evicted from the premises of 1239 Bailey Rd., Apt. 2, Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The second cause of action in the Complaint is still pending where Plaintiff alleges you owe money damages for breach of contract and for property damage to the residence beyond reasonable wear and tear. Plaintiff demands $2,452.74, plus the costs of this action from Defendants.

You are required to file an answer to the complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks. The last publication will be made on June 14, 2024 and the 28 days for the filing of an answer will commence on that date.

If you fail to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment will be granted requesting the relief sought in the Complaint.
