Almodovar, whose last known address is 2061 FM 309, Hillsboro, TX 76645, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown, will take notice that on July 29, 2024, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Personal Injuries, Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist and Med Pay Coverage in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CV2024 07 3246 stating in Count 1 of said complaint for judgment against the Defendant, Victor M.
